[Wargaming] Sometimes you feel so stupid... Caulking quick-tip.
What the title says...
I use acrylic caulking for a lot of different tasks in my wargaming hobby — from making battlemats to thickening basecoats on FDM-printed terrain pieces, and everything in between. One of the absolute best uses is as a first layer to add a bit of ground texture when basing miniatures, and even more so if I need to hide puddle bases.
There are a multitude of other uses, but this short post isn't about that.
It's about having blind spots that kind of make you feel stupid.
It's rare that I finish a whole tube of caulking in one go. That pretty much only happens when I make mats (and in those cases, I go through several tubes). This means there are always half-full tubes lying around with various screws, tape, and sticks poked into the nozzle so they don't dry out on me before I can finish them.
It never crossed my mind to 3D-print end caps!

Saw an STL on Thingiverse by chanse the other day and had a huge "d'oh."
So yeah — print some end caps if you use caulking.
